| Night 30th
|
- All praise is due to Allah, who has no partner. All praise is due to Allah, as befits the generosity of His countenance and the majesty of His glory, and as He deserves. O Holy One, O Light, O Light of Holiness, O Most Glorified, O Ultimate Object of Praise, O Most Merciful, O Giver of Mercy, O Allah, O All-Knowing, O Most Great, O Allah, O Most Subtle, O Majestic, O Allah, O All-Hearing, O All-Seeing, O Allah, O Allah, O Allah! Yours are the Most Beautiful Names, the Highest Attributes, the Majesty, and the Blessings. I ask You to send blessings upon Muhammad and his family, to place my name among the fortunate ones on this night, my soul among the martyrs, my good deeds in the highest ranks, my sins forgiven, to grant me certainty that directly touches my heart, faith that removes doubt from me, contentment with what You have decreed for me, goodness in this world and the Hereafter, and protection from the torment of the burning Fire. Grant me in it remembrance of You, gratitude to You, longing for You, repentance, and the success You granted to Muhammad and the family of Muhammad. Blessings be upon him and them."
- Arabic: الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ لا شَرِیک لَهُ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ کمَا ینْبَغِی لِکرَمِ وَجْهِهِ وَ عِزِّ جَلالِهِ وَ کمَا هُوَ أَهْلُهُ یا قُدُّوسُ یا نُورُ یا نُورَ الْقُدْسِ یا سُبُّوحُ یا مُنْتَهَی التَّسْبِیحِ یا رَحْمَانُ یا فَاعِلَ الرَّحْمَةِ یا اللَّهُ یا عَلِیمُ یا کبِیرُ یا اللَّهُ یا لَطِیفُ یا جَلِیلُ یا اللَّهُ یا سَمِیعُ یا بَصِیرُ یا اللَّهُ یا اللَّهُ یا اللَّهُ لَک الْأَسْمَاءُ الْحُسْنَی وَ الْأَمْثَالُ الْعُلْیا وَ الْکبْرِیاءُ وَ الْآلاءُ أَسْأَلُک أَنْ تُصَلِّی عَلَی مُحَمَّدٍ وَ أَهْلِ بَیتِهِ وَ أَنْ تَجْعَلَ اسْمِی فِی هَذِهِ اللَّیلَةِ فِی السُّعَدَاءِ وَ رُوحِی مَعَ الشُّهَدَاءِ وَ إِحْسَانِی فِی عِلِّیینَ وَ إِسَاءَتِی مَغْفُورَةً وَ أَنْ تَهَبَ لِی یقِینا تُبَاشِرُ بِهِ قَلْبِی وَ إِیمَانا یذْهِبُ الشَّک عَنِّی وَ تُرْضِینِی بِمَا قَسَمْتَ لِی وَ آتِنَا فِی الدُّنْیا حَسَنَةً وَ فِی الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَ قِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ الْحَرِیقِ وَ ارْزُقْنِی فِیهَا ذِکرَک وَ شُکرَک وَ الرَّغْبَةَ إِلَیک وَ الْإِنَابَةَ وَ التَّوْبَةَ وَ التَّوْفِیقَ لِمَا وَفَّقْتَ لَهُ مُحَمَّدا وَ آلَ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَیهِ وَ عَلَیهِمْ.
- Reciting the following supplication:
"O Allah, this is the month of Ramadan, in which You revealed the Quran, and now it has come to an end. I seek refuge in Your Noble Countenance, O Lord, from the dawn breaking on this night or the completion of Ramadan while there remains upon me any obligation or sin for which You may punish me on the Day I meet You."
- Arabic: اَللَّهُمَّ هَذَا شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ الَّذِی أَنْزَلْتَ فِیهِ الْقُرْآنَ وَ قَدْ تَصَرَّمَ وَ أَعُوذُ بِوَجْهِک الْکرِیمِ یا رَبِّ أَنْ یطْلُعَ الْفَجْرُ مِنْ لَیلَتِی هَذِهِ أَوْ یتَصَرَّمَ شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ وَ لَک قِبَلِی تَبِعَةٌ أَوْ ذَنْبٌ تُرِیدُ أَنْ تُعَذِّبَنِی بِهِ یوْمَ أَلْقَاک
- "O Allah, do not make this the last Ramadan of my fasting. I seek refuge in You from the dawn of this night breaking except that You have forgiven me."
- Arabic: اللَّهُمَّ لا تَجْعَلْهُ آخِرَ الْعَهْدِ مِنْ صِیامِی لِشَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ وَ أَعُوذُ بِک أَنْ یطْلُعَ فَجْرُ هَذِهِ اللَّیلَةِ إِلا وَ قَدْ غَفَرْتَ لِی
- Performing ten rak‘a of prayer: In each rak‘a, recite Sura al-Fatiha once and Sura al-Ikhlas ten times. In every ruku' and prostration (sujud), recite ten times: "Subhanallah, walhamdulillah, wa la ilaha illa Allah, wa Allahu Akbar."
After completing the ten rak‘at, say Astaghfirullah (seeking forgiveness) 1,000 times. Then, in prostration, recite the following supplication:
- "O Ever-Living, O Self-Subsisting, O Possessor of Majesty and Honor, O Most Merciful of this world and the Hereafter, O Most Merciful, O Lord of the first and the last, forgive our sins, accept our prayers, our fasting, and our night worship."
- Arabic: یا حَی یا قَیومُ یا ذَا الْجَلالِ وَ الْإِکرَامِ یا رَحْمَانَ الدُّنْیا وَ الْآخِرَةِ وَ رَحِیمَهُمَا یا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِینَ یا إِلَهَ الْأَوَّلِینَ وَ الْآخِرِینَ اغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوبَنَا وَ تَقَبَّلْ مِنَّا صَلاتَنَا وَ صِیامَنَا وَ قِیامَنَا

| Day 30th
|
- Reciting the following supplication:
- O Allah, expand my chest with the Quran, employ my body with the Quran, enlighten my vision with the Quran, free my tongue with the Quran, and assist me with it as long as You keep me alive, for indeed, there is no power nor strength except through You.
- Arabic: اللَّهُمَّ اشْرَحْ بِالْقُرْآنِ صَدْرِی وَ اسْتَعْمِلْ بِالْقُرْآنِ بَدَنِی وَ نَوِّرْ بِالْقُرْآنِ بَصَرِی وَ أَطْلِقْ بِالْقُرْآنِ لِسَانِی وَ أَعِنِّی عَلَیهِ مَا أَبْقَیتَنِی فَإِنَّهُ لا حَوْلَ وَ لا قُوَّةَ إِلا بِک
- Reciting the supplication narrated from Imam Ali (a):
- O Allah, I ask You for the humility of the humble, the sincerity of the certain, the companionship of the righteous, the worthiness of the realities of faith, the gain from every good, safety from every sin, the obligation of Your mercy, the firmness of Your forgiveness, success in attaining Paradise, and salvation from the Fire."
- Arabic: اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّی أَسْأَلُک إِخْبَاتَ الْمُخْبِتِینَ وَ إِخْلاصَ الْمُوقِنِینَ وَ مُرَافَقَةَ الْأَبْرَارِ وَ اسْتِحْقَاقَ حَقَائِقِ الْإِیمَانِ وَ الْغَنِیمَةَ مِنْ کلِّ بِرٍّ وَ السَّلامَةَ مِنْ کلِّ إِثْمٍ وَ وُجُوبَ رَحْمَتِک وَ عَزَائِمَ مَغْفِرَتِک وَ الْفَوْزَ بِالْجَنَّةِ وَ النَّجَاةَ مِنَ النَّارِ
